Smile and communicate with everyone

Kindness is the language which the dumb can speak, the deaf can hear & the blind can see.” Mark Twain

There are lots of scientific studies to prove that smiling or laughing provides multiple benefits to overall health at any age.

When you smile, not only does it make you look more confident, but it also makes you feel more confident and puts others at ease.

Smiling releases endorphins, which have many positive physical effects. The interesting thing is that you even if you put on a fake smile, you can trick your brain into thinking that you are really happy. It can't detect the difference. In addition to the endorphins released, studies show that smiling can also help lower blood sugar and blood pressure, reduce stress, boost immune systems, and release natural painkillers and serotonin.

When you’re smiling the whole worlds smiles with you.” Louis Armstrong
