We are so fortunate to live in a world where, for a large part of the population, technology allows us to find solutions and information from the comfort of our homes or via our mobiles. We will never have enough days to listen to, watch, read all the quality content out there and it is being added to daily.
The "Don't believe everything you read, see, hear" warning applies even more so on the internet, we need to check, recheck and filter what content we allow into our lives to avoid becoming overwhelmed or thoroughly confused!
