A growth mindset creates a passion for learning rather than a hunger for approval. It acknowledges that human qualities like intelligence and creativity and even our ability to form relationships can be cultivated through effort and deliberate practice but it is important to remember that it’s the journey that matters, not the destination so we need to value the learning process over the end result.
