Leo Sayer

Gerard Hugh 'Leo' Sayer  born 21 May 1948 in Sussex is an English-Australian singer-songwriter musician and entertainer whose singing career has spanned four decades.

He launched his career in the UK in the early 1970s and his first 7 hit singles all reached the Top 10

One of the very few records I had as a kid was Leo Sayer’s “You make me feel like dancing”

which I listened to ad infinitum along with When I need you .

A song I discovered later was The show must go on

I think that these three songs highlight some of his varied vocal skills
