Silence and words

“Remember not only to say the right thing in the right place, but far more difficult still, to leave unsaid the wrong thing at the tempting moment.” Benjamin Franklin

There may be times that we choose to remain silent if we don’t think that we have the words or are not capable of expressing ourselves calmly or clearly or we genuinely believe that the other person wouldn’t ‘hear’ what we are trying to say ( as opposed to we can’t be bothered because it takes too much time and patience).
