When we think of what is normal in relation to our mental health, we often conclude that if we’re struggling with our emotions or if we’re finding it difficult to cope with something then somehow this equates to being abnormal. This however is not the case on the contrary it is in normal to respond emotionally to life and when we embrace the full range of our emotions then we accept our whole selves.
