Hal Elrod podcasts

The podcast series that I have chosen to look at today is by Hal Elrod author of 'The Miracle Morning'

“Most people are not consciously choosing how they experience life” Hal Elrod

Born May 30, 1979 and now 42, Hal has already had a very eventful life. He died at the age 20. (his heart stopped for 6 minutes when he was hit head-on by a drunk driver ). He broke 11 bones and when he eventually woke from a coma he was greeted by the news from his doctors that he would never walk again. Not only did he walk however, but he went on to run a 52 mile ultra-marathon and become a hall of fame business achiever—before the age of 30.

In November 2016, Hal nearly died again ! His kidneys, lungs, and heart were on the verge of failing because of a rare, aggressive form of cancer (acute lymphoblastic leukaemia). After enduring the most difficult year of his life, Hal is now cancer-free and furthering his mission as the Executive Producer of The Miracle Morning Movie a documentary that both shows you the morning rituals of some of the world’s most successful people, as well as takes you around the world to show you the life-changing impact that Miracle Mornings are having, globally.

As the Random Thoughts and Scribbles post last week was focusing on Quality of Life, I thought that I would dip into Podcast 389 entitled ‘Random but important ideas to enhance your life NOW’ (NB First 9 minutes advertising stuff so could skip to 9 mins 20 seconds to start)

I found the section on food and energy particularly interesting and it reminded me of a previous suggested talk by Dr. Joel Fuhrman on The nutritarian diet .
