From Hopelessness to Hope

Hopelessness is something inside you. It is caused by external factors but it comes from inside and the solution comes from inside too.

We should seek to understand what triggers our inner power and use every moment to move towards our goals. Everyone has something that motivates them. We should spend time discovering what motivates us.

This talk is really motivating and summarises no matter what circumstances you are living, it's up to us to overcome our difficulties, it's up to us to stand back on our feet after each failure. Failure is a normal part of the journey and we should not blame the world when we fail, because when we do that we are just giving ourselves a good reason to quit. Failure should be like a break in the journey, a short break, where you take a breath and analyse how things could be done better and then continue.
