Emotions are defined as physiological responses or reactions that our body generates due to changes that happen in ourselves as well as in our surroundings. They are linked to feelings as opposed to thoughts and are triggered by the situation that you are in or the people you are with. We can learn how to control our emotions through conscious habits and regular meditation. Once channelled, they can become our allies and can help us accomplish amazing feats.
