"Attached" by Amir Levin and Rachel Heller Review
A Guest Post by Joy
My grandson recommended this book to me that I picked up in audible form.
"Attached" by Amir Levin, M.D. and Rachel Heller, M.A. is a helpful book for any one who is in a relationship or wishes to be in one. It teaches how to recognize three different attachment styles in relationships; avoidance, anxious and secure, and how to avoid the styles that are destructive.
The book gives guidance on how to evaluate and strive to find a partner who is secure, in his or her self, which will ultimately form a healthy and lasting relationship.
If you purchase the Audible book, you will find pdf files at the end which I would highly recommend that you print out to use as you listen to the book.
