A strong mindset for a life without resentment - a suggested TED Talk by Alex Allétru

Axel Allétru had a serious fall during the World motocross Championships in 2010, making him paraplegic at only 20 years old. Rather than succumbing to resentment and giving up, he showed incredible perseverance and resilience and after hard work in rehabilitation and against all the expectations of the doctors he can now walk again.

Ambitious and hopeful, he won several medals at the French swimming championships and set French records in freestyle and butterfly swimming. Now he is back in motor sport and he is collecting many victories.

Axel has sublimated his accident to make it a life lesson, accepting different situations and overcoming them through resilience to better move forward. His intervention will retrace his journey and will not fail to inspire you
