A Little Bit of Mindfulness by Amy Leigh Mercree, is a lovely little book that you can carry around with you and open up, to just about any page, and find a small gem of wisdom and insight into the things that you might be allowing yourself to be distracted by or actually poisoned by, thus interfering with your daily happiness and well being.


The book gives a brief explanation of different types of meditation practice as well as guided meditations to help you to centre yourself to achieve a relaxed yet focused mind.


A friend lent it to me on a recent visit to California and I enjoyed it so much that I ordered one for myself and have since offered one to my sister and my niece!
