It is always possible to get better. We don’t need to feel daunted looking at the chasm between where we are and where we want to be though, all we have to do is determine to be 1% better than yesterday.
Where we are now is based on past habits – good or bad traits or thoughts. We can’t change our past thoughts, habits etc overnight but what we do now will dictate where we are in 6 months time.
